Debian guest stuck on boating from hard disk

On clean install proxmox 7.3-3. Guest is stuck on booting hdd. I’ve tried async io thread and different raw/qcow2 formats of hdd. Don’t see any errors.

I downgraded to 7.0 I believe. When I created the VM on 7.3-3 I created the VM with the default settings besides upgrading the memory. Used an old ISO of proxmox I had. That version of proxmox is working perfectly fine. I can try again try again with the 7.3-3 proxmox in a couple days.
