Debian container no network

My debian container suddenly has no network but my proxmox host does.
I don't know if it's worth noting but it's an usb ethernet adapter.
I also saw that networkd and NetworkManager are enabled and i thought that was wierd but I haven't touched any network manager.
I took a bunch of screenshots of different thing, hope you can help me.

I have also noticed that i can access portainer over the network but i can't acess ssh and cockpit.
Portainer is the only docker container.
