Data collection and network configuration. Appliance with 6 network ports

Hi, I'm sorry for this question. I'm not a network engineer but more an security analyst. I need to collect data according to the attached image. Is it possible to do in proxmox? I have appliance (6 ports) that can have virtual installation of pfsense, Hedgehog Linux and analysis tools. Can anyone give tips for beginners on how to configure linux / OVS bridge /mirroring etc. ? I've seen several posts but can not understand principles.

The simplest way of doing this is if you have managed switches that support port-mirroring

@bobmc Thanks! Looks like the easiest solution to start with. Still have the desire to copy traffic intent between nic's in my appliance.
