Daily report with non delivered emails

Is there a way to receive a report with non-delivered emails, stating the reason why it was not delivered?

No not really - in general looking through the tracking center should give you a good overview.
you can also try configuring the notify_classes parameter for your postfix config:
https://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#notify_classes
but this results in getting one mail for each failed delivery.
