Czech translation for 2.x

Soubor cs.js v příloze umístěte na serveru do složky /usr/share/pve-manager/root.

Pak doplňte nový řádek do souboru /usr/share/pve-manager/ext4/pvemanagerlib.js do pole language_map.

Pak bude pole vypadat např. takto:

cs: 'Czech',
ja: 'Japanese',

es: 'Spanish',

it: 'Italian',

},

Následně proveďte znovunačtení a přihlášení do webového administračního rozhraní a vyberte před přihlášením jazyk Czech.

Because its how current IP laws work. Permission to use is not granted by default.

This agreement establishes a relationship between us and the contributor, gives details on what it means when the contributor grants permission for their work to be included in a project, and enables us to be better stewards of these projects.
