It was necessary to switch to the bullseye-backports kernel - because the original kernel from current proxmox version 7.x does not work with HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen9... next morning, the filesystem was mounted out. Now i runs 2 days without problems.

Maybe somebody knows why?

THanks in advance for your feedbacks! :-)

The problem was that: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=616833

The next morning, all mount points was mounted out - a "Ctrl-Alt-Del" was not working anymore...

But (in my case) not on RedHat, but on current ProxMox 7.x...
That error is a very, very general error and has nothing to do with a current system.

No, because 5,14 from bullseye-bacports seems to work - at least until now...
Debian != Proxmox VE, so best is to stay inside of the eco system.

"so best is to stay inside of the eco system."

That's well, sure, but not useful when i hangs up after a few hours on a HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen9 - while it works after 5.14 kernel upgrade. ;-)

Maybe a BIOS update would solve that HPE ProLiant ML350 Gen9 vs. Proxmox 7.x issue? But i don't have any access to [most] HPE BIOS updates after warranty is finish.

Sorry pal, but you're blaming PVE but are then unwilling to install the new PVE kernel after the support stuff explicitely told you to do so?

And assuming that PVE is not running on a ML350G9 is also wrong, it does not work on your machine, with your PCIe cards, your BIOS and cpu firmware version ... etc. Nowadays, computers are horrendously complicated, server/enterprise hardware even more so.
I'm running PVE on a lot of different hardware and it often works and it sometimes does not. After an upgrade often things work out. Therefore one tests upgrades before running it into production.
