CT not booting after shutdown

Newb here. What I did:
Installed proxmox, loaded up the panel. Went to local -> Templates and downloaded ubuntu 22.04 template.
Then selected my server and clicked on Create CT. Selected the template and CT 100 was created.
Started it up, updated, upgraded. All was fine. Installed cyberPanel (hosting tool), I have spent a lot of time building it and all was fine.
But when I shut it down, it would no longer boot. The container starts and sits there. I can type in console, but no output. Summary says status is running, but CPU is at zero, RAM sitting at 10 meg.
Probably something silly, but how do I get it running?

Hi,

Can you test to take an active shell on that container using pct enter 100 command?

Can you ping the IP of the container?

hmm, yes, I can enter the container, and it responds to ping, but only from within the server.
So it's the cyberpanel that's not starting, or something else?

If you can ping and execute a command inside the container, then the container works, next step is to check the syslog inside the container itself and see if the cyberpanel service is running or not.
