creating a vm tooks too long with 3 ceph cluster.

I have a proxmox system that I tried with 3 ceph cluster, I'm not sure if I made some mistake, but is it normal that it takes an hour to create a vm?

I haven't got to the part where I will install the OS because initial creation of the VM took 1 hr to be done.

Can you provide a bit more information about your ceph cluster?

osd count on the nodes?
what disks do you use as OSDs?
Do you have a HW Raid controller?
do you use krdb or librdb in you storage config?
