I just created a CT. Ubuntu 12.04, from one of the default templates. Gave it a password, bridged networking, and named it "test". Let's see.
So it's definately running. In the status, it says the name has become "test.local". Why? Well, let's ping it anyway.
So that doesn't work. So I move over to the Network tab to figure out what's wrong. It says IP-address/name: "eth0". Very helpful.
Alright no network then. Local console. I start up the console using the noVNC option. This is what it says:
And that's it. Is it stuck? How do I make it.... go? How do I access it?

Forgot to mention, this is a freshly installed proxmox, completely virgin. All I have done so far is apt-get the thing to get up to date software.

Code:
Ping request could not find host test. Please check the name and try again.
