Create or clone vm and lxc from snapshot

Please add the ability to create VMs and LXC containers from their snapshots in the PVE web GUI as here https://www.virtualizationhowto.com...x-mod-that-adds-features-i-wish-were-built-in

Its currently possible to create a clone from a snapshot of the source VM (Those are full clones currently):
