Create CT ok, but does not install template

re: Proxmox 3.4-6 on Debian 7

I am new to this software and it seems very easy to run and configure, thanks for that. I have installed Proxmox and all is running good. I first installed a VM running Windows 2016 server and all is great. Then I tried to create a CT with Centos template and all show OK, but when I open the Console it is a blank screen. I get nothing, I can type in this area but it will not respond to any commands.
I will hit "start" and screen response is Starting udev: [OK] . That's it nothing else.

Please help me with this.

Thanks for the info. I have installed that line as instructed but I still have same problem and it is the same screen Starting udev: [ok].
Can you tell me how to get ssh to work in a VM machine?
