Hello, dear proxmox forum.

I just got a new server for one of our proxmox nodes and the node just crashes everytime I hit reboot on VMs.

We are running 2x AMD Opteron 4386 with 128Gb DDR3 ECC RAM and HardRAID+ LSI 9271-4i CacheVault 1 GB 3 x 480 GB SSD FastPath.

I tried everything and the node still crashes when we try to reboot a vm.

Everytime it crashes we have to manually reboot the node from OVH control panel for it to work again. It looses ssh connection and it's not responding to ping after the crash.

Please help!

Hi,
perhaps you need an bios-update?

In case it's depend on the storage-system, try to change the cache-settings of an VM (writetrough). Stop (perhaps crash?) start again and look if anything changed by the next reboot.

Ask OVH!
