CPU Limitation

Hi,

I want to ask about CPU limitation, I found 2 ways, but it seems not good.

First way, is limit CPU by

vzctl set CTid --cpulimit 25 --save
qm set VMid -cpulimit 25

It need to do manually per VPS, and your customer will ask why they cant use full % of CPU.

So i found new way with CPU Units, and i think it not good too.
My CPU Units is :

root@hostname:~# vzcpucheck
Current CPU utilization: 1500
Power of the node: 1356980

And i set CT100 with 500 Units (1/2 default)


I think 500/1356980 = 0.037% of CPU. But why it used >10% of CPU.

Does anyone have any solutions ???

My CPU is : E3-1245v2 (3.4Ghz * 4 = 13.6GHz)
