Hello.

I have been looking for the forum but I havent found the answer I need. The problem is the next one. I have an HP Proliant DL180 2x 2620v3 xeons CPUs. So, 12 cores and 24 threads in the server. Proxmox shows 24 cores in the PVE, but I dont know if I can assign this 24 cores to all my machines or instead I need to assign only the physical cores, so 12 cores in total.

Thanks

To Proxmox and a VM there is not difference between a core and a thread so you can assign up to a total of 24 CPU's to one VM. If this is a good idea is a completely different story;)
