CPanel created by Proxmox 6 does not work, but fine if created by Proxmox 5

• LXC created by Proxmox 6, install CPanel, then after restart VPS ... user can not access WHM (https://domain.tld:2087). I found than LSC created by Proxmox 6 does not have Cpanel Service, this command does not work: # service cpanel status
• I remember never has this issue using old Proxmox. So, I try to create LXC on Proxmox 5, install cPanel, reboot, then everything work fine.

I know Promox 5.4.1 used LXC 3.1, while Proxmox 6.3/6.4 uses LXC 4.0 (Proxmox 6.2 use LXC 3.2) . Any idea to fix this issue?

Look like LXC 4.0 is the culprit?
So, I reinstall using Proxmox 5.4.1 then everything works fine.

which container template are you using?

when i install cpanel on a centos 8 container on PVE 6 with LXC 4 the service works as expected, the panel is accessible on port 2087
