I have created several Window10 VMs. but I'm facing an issue that, some of the vm suddenly stopped and shutdown with no reason showing in the logs. Is there any script I can schedule it as crontab to check if the vm is down then script will start the vm?

Did you check your syslog for OOM Killer messages? If

cat /var/log/syslog | grep OOM && cat /var/log/syslog.1 | grep OOM. If it outputs anything then your VMs got killed bycause your host an out of RAM.And yes you can run such a script. See for example here: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/cron-job-to-start-vm-if-not-running.112032/post-483251

Logs have been checked and there is no message out there. Does the windows license type have anything to do with this issue? it is weird that not all the VMs it is just couple of them which are in used.
