Hi

A few weeks ago, I tried changing kernel versions.

I've currently been waiting on 6.5.13-6-pve, as I was having nvme issues (D3 hot error - There is a separate thread, somewhere)

The problem was - I was unable to boot back into any other version.
I tried:
promox-boot-tool kernel pin 6.8.12-2-pve
promox-boot-tool kernel add 6.8.12-2-pve
promox-boot-tool refresh
promox-boot-tool reinit
update-initramfs -u -k all
modifying /etc/default/grub & update-grub

However, no matter what I did, it continued to boot into 6.5

Does anyone have any other ideas? I have been reading about 6.11 being available for opt-in and I could do with the newer drivers

Any help appreciated

Hey,

what does proxmox-boot-tool kernel list say?

Currently;

Code:
proxmox-boot-tool kernel list
Manually selected kernels:
6.5.13-6-pve

Automatically selected kernels:
6.8.12-2-pve
6.8.8-4-pve

Pinned kernel:
6.5.13-6-pve

But I gave up.

At the time - Manual and pinned were the 6.8.12-2-pve
