Could proxmox HA have support single vm failed?

If I has create proxmox ha done.I know if one proxmox ve server failed.It's will transfer to another proxmox ve server.
But if only one vm failed not proxmox server failed.Could transfer to another vm system?

No. A simple VM restart is enough in this case (isnt't it?)
