Copy LVM to other Proxmox

I upgraded PVE from version 4 to version 5, after that proxmox stopped working, but I can connect via ssh, and I can see the lvm volume of my guest virtual machine. How to transfer this volume to another server and restore the guest machine.
I need use dd?
if I mount RAW from lvm and copy it over the network. will this help?

I think it's easier to mount the LVM volume and then copy its contents to a new location with rsync.

Most likely you will also need to manipulate the bootloader in the new location so that the system can boot. But it is difficult to give specific advice here, since you have not said anything about the operating system inside the virtual machine.
Perhaps you should try converting the LVM volume into a .qcow2 file? Then copy that file to a new location and then do the reverse operation?

I install nfs server on target Proxmox.
Executed the command
dd if=/dev/pve/vm-118-disk-1 | dd of=/mnt/nfs22/vm-218-disk-1.raw
Created a new raw disk 1Gb , and rename my old raw (300gb) to new .

Ваш способ даже проще, если не считать того, что нужно было настроить доступ по nfs. Рад, что всё получилось и возьму себе на заметку.
