Copy between USB3 Disks Crashes VM

CPU i5-10400T
32GB RAM

I do a passthrough of 2 USB Disks (NTFS/EXT4) from the host to ta VM (Debian 12.7 4CPUs 8GB ) File List and Format of the Disks work, copy from a NFS share to the Disks,too.
But when I try to copy files from one USB Disk to the other USB Disk INSIDE the VM the VM stopped...the PVE host is still running.
Any Idea, how to fix this?
 
Could you provide more information how the VM has been setup (e.g. qm config <vmid>, changes to other files?), which kernel you're running (uname -r) and if there's any peculiar entries in the journal (journalctl) when the move between those USB drives happen?

On review it is a little strange for me:
I can only select 2-1 and 2-3, but lsusb the 2 USB-Disk under 2-2 and 2-3! 2-1 seems to be only the USB 3-0 root hub....

Thanks for all the information! Could I also ask you for the output of lsusb -t and cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/<bus-port>/bDeviceClass for 2-1 through 2-3 for <bus-port>? It seems like the disk at 2-3 is wrongly identified as a USB hub.
