[SOLVED] Converting default 'data' LVM-Thin disk proxmox to LVM

Hello,

Is it possible to convert the default 'data' lvm-thin disk that ProxMox creates to an LVM disk?
As is make the assumption that proxmox is installed in Logical Volume /dev/pve/root?
