Convert VM from qemu to kvm

Hi,

I got a qemu vm, unfortunately all my other vms are kvm vms. Qemu uses different commands to manage vms. Is it possible to convert a qemu vm to a kvm vm?

QEMU is part of KVM, so you do not need to convert it:

root@pvelocalhost ~ > file /usr/bin/kvm
/usr/bin/kvm: symbolic link to qemu-system-x86_64

What is not working as expected? Maybe if you explain your problem, we can help you.

Simply I want to manage all vms with pct ...., unfortunately qemu vms, we need to manage with qm ... Also qemu vms are slower than kvm vms. That's the reason why I want to convert qemu vms to kvm vms.

qemu = qemu kvm

pct is for container (lxc)
