Convert LVM to LVM-Thin

Hi,

I install proxmox and my first storage is LVM-Thin but my second storage is LVM.
I need all of my storage is LVM-Thin mode,I have many search but I don't find solution.
I test this link (https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage:_LVM_Thin) but for create VM I don't finde this LVM-Thin 100GB to storage list.
Please help me for convert all of my storage to LVM-Thin mode.(I don't have data on storage and don't have problem for wipe or format disk)
