Contextualization or User data in Proxmox Guest VM

Hi,
I want to configure User data (as in AWS) or Contextualization (as in OpenNebula) in Proxmox.
After booting vm those commands in user data should get execute.
I will use this for setting up hostnames, network details, post boot commands.

How to do it in Proxmox?
