Hello all,
I am facing the following problem:
When I send an outgoing email and request a delivery report, the result is to get it however it is not showing the actual delivery details to the remote/receiving server.
It shows the delivery from the local Postfix server to the Proxmox Mail Gateway server internal server.
Technically might seem correct however it is useless in some scenarios where the sender wants to know what happened with the actual delivery to the far/remote server.
Furthermore, if someone wants to keep the report (in case is needed to prove delivery) then it is pretty much unusable as it simply shows an internal communication in the sender's network. Nothing mentioning the receiver's server accepting it.
Of course the information is retrievable from the admin's Tracking Center however this will require the sender requesting it from the administrator etc.... Not ideal at all.
I understand this might not be a PMG issue per se however is there a solution to this?
Any help is much appreciated!
Nikole
