Hi there

I'm running Proxmox 1.5 working fine without issues, I'm facing a problem with the containers (tried all templates availible) when I initiate reboot from the console (reboot command) on the container it goes down and hanges in mounted state and I have to start it manually from the webif

can someone help me out with that issue?

did you wait 5 minutes? reboot is triggered via a cron job on the host.

(Debian Squeeze is currently not rebooting, all others should do.)

I've got the same issue.

I've got a container, (Debian Squeeze), but it doesn't boot anymore. HDD usage is counted, however CPU and RAM stay at 0.
This is starting a container.

I am running: Linux partner-v3 2.6.24-11-pve #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri May 14 09:28:08 CEST 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

yes, as mentioned about this is a know issue in the squeeze template - reboot from inside is not working.

Try starting the VM by hand. SSH into the host, and run 'vzctl start VMID' - if there are errors with the config, that output will be shown on the command line. It could be something as simple as a duplicate IP in more than one container..

You are the Man bleau, worked for me... And I will be remembering this from now on for-real. ( Never occured to me to try starting the VM's from command line... ( Which is the way I prefer to do things anyway, but not used to Proxmox yet )

Proxmox RULES !

Thanks,
