Container conf file - newgidmap error message

I have this in my container conf file

lxc.idmap: u 0    100000 1003
lxc.idmap: u 1003 1003   1
lxc.idmap: u 1004 101006 64530

lxc.idmap: g 0    100000 118
lxc.idmap: g 118  105    1
lxc.idmap: g 119  100119 886
lxc.idmap: g 1005 1005   1
lxc.idmap: g 1006 101006 64529

But when I try and launch my container I get this error message

newgidmap failed to write mapping
"newgidmap: gid range [1005-1006) -> [1005-1006) not allowed": newgidmap 60545 0 100000 118 118 105 1 119 100119 886 1005 1005 1 1006 101006 64529

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

is the ID 1005 allowed in /etc/subgid? See also: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Unprivileged_LXC_containers
