The usual:
  • Make sure the bios/UEFI and all firmwares (e.g.: SSD(s)) are up-to-date.
  • Try the newer 6.1 opt-in kernel: [1]
  • Install the intel-microcode package: [2]
  • Run a memtest.
  • Check/Monitor temperatures.
  • Find out a pattern whenever it occurs, if possible.
  • Read the links I posted earlier and see, if there are more suggestions.
  • Try another (live-)Linux distribution and/or even a Windows and run several (long) stress-tests for all components.

But this CPU-family obviously has (currently) general problems, at least under Linux and/or with (KVM-/QEMU-)virtualization...
