Console: failed: exit code 1

Hello everyone,
It's a panic, I can not access a Windows VM from the Proxmox console, since no browser ... proxmox 3 ...
The console window opens and displays a blank blank screen without displaying the contents of the VM
Can someone help me?

what version of PVE do you have?

Did you try to clear the Browser cache?

Yes, I have also tried with different browsers: FireFox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera. All give the same result : a blank screen.

I have another error in the logs server (syslog Proxmox server), maybe this error blocks the rest of the execution of the script that allows the opening of the console... ? :

There is no more urgency, I managed to connect to the VM Windows and solve the problem I had on it, but I would like to solve the problem of this console !
