Connection refused on accessing CT by public IP

Good morning everyone,

I have several CTs that i can access by local ip, but when i try to access it by public ip i get connection refused. What is odd is that i have home assistant on one VM and i can access it by local and public IP, this problem only happens for my CTs.
Does anyone know what can be the problem here?
