[SOLVED] Connection failure. Network error or Proxmox VE services not running?

I have already reinstall ProxmoxVE 6.3(clean way: format the disk and install), BUT Now I can't access the GUI webpage. It says "Connection failure. Network error or Proxmox VE services not running?".But VMs are still working. I can access logging through SSH.

This command solved my problem with

Connection failure. Network error or Proxmox VE services not running?

The VMs were working, the server was dripping, but the admin interface was not working.
