Connection Error 595: No reason phrase

I have a 3 node cluster, pve, pve2, pve3. I'm removing them 1 at a time to wipe/reinstall in an effort to switch to zfs for the root filesystem. I added pve3 as zfs to begin with, so it's set.

I removed pve2 via

• shutdown node
• pvecm delnode pve2
• wipe/reinstall
• name node pve2 again, changed ip from 192.168.86.70 to 192.168.86.47 on install

I readded it via UI. Now I have myself a problem. I can't log into pve2 with either the installed password OR the password for the other two nodes.

My cluster now has pve2 added, but I can't access it. I get error "595: No reason phase" when accessing summary via UI. Shell in UI is attempting to access the old IP.

What am I missing?

Just out of curiosity, I deleted pve2 again, reinstalled and named pve4, plus gave it a completely new IP, 192.168.86.46.

Still no dice. Same exact thing happens.

Same here in my cluster
The cluster is healthy but when I click on other nodes of cluster in GUI, I faced with this issue in some endpoints of API
For example, the following endpoint returns nothing
https://node-1/api2/json/nodes/node-2/status
My issue was related to listen address for pveproxy it was 120.0.0.1 and it was not reachable from other nodes
After changing it and granting access in firewall, issue resolved
