Connect two spatially divided nodes (static/nat) and make them use the same subnets (ovs)

Hello, I am looking for a way to connect two spatially divided nodes, one with access to static IPs and one behind NAT. They both should be able to use the same IP subnets with openvswitch so that they can reach each other via an ovs-bridge.

Didn´t want to limit but would this be possible with wireguard?
