Hello,
I recently installed a Debian VM, and I'd like to use Spice to obtain dual monitor view.
- On my Windows 10 machine (my guest), I installed VirtViewer.
- On my VM (Debian 9.5), I installed spice-vdagent, and xserver-xorg-video-qxl, I ran the cmd "systemctl enable spice-vdagentd", I stoped the VM, changed the settings of the VM and chose "SPICE dual monitor" in the Display line, and start again the VM.
Now I try to connect to the VM using VirtViewer (spice://192.168.1.178:5900) but I receive an error mentioning that the client didn't succeed to connect to the display server - Connection refused by host.
Is there any additional step that I forgot to follow?
Thanks in advance!
Edit : hum I succeded to connect using the dropdown menu in Proxmox VE under Console tab.
