When we browse our spam-quarantine and 'whitelist' a sender the whitelist entry will appear in the user-Whitelist.
Is there any possibility to let it write the entry in the global whitelist instead of the user-whitelist?
The rule-based whitelist is actually not a global one in that sense, as it's just a rule that's created by default. It doesn't have to exist or be named that.
In addition, adding entries to rule objects requires permissions typical users don't have.
You might be able to script your own solution via the API [0] though. Depending on your actual requirements.
