configure StartTLS relay

We send emails via proxmox to a relay server that has just switched to StartTLS. Our relay is currently using the smtp protocol. I'd like to know how to configure the new Smarthost. TLS is activated in the Mail Proxy configuration.

Usually starttls is used by postfix if you've enabled TLS in your options - so you do not need to change anything - why do you think that this is not the case?

I don't know, I was just getting the information after our relay server provider came back:
The "corep-relay" account has been created on the smtp-out platform.
If you haven't already done so, we strongly advise you to configure your relay to connect to smtpout.xxxxx.xx on port 587 in StartTLS, in order to encrypt the flow.

keep in mind that PMG does not support SMTPAUTH to the smarthost - see https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2818

so if you need to authenticate to your smarthost - use the templateing system and adapt the postfix configuration:
