Configure a laptop to "boot" or show the gui of a promox VM on startup

My promox server that I have is more powerful then my laptop. So I was wondering if it is possible if I could use the laptop as like a client to the VM like it's the main os on the computer. And if it would be possible to do this externally as well.

This will depend on the server os and remote desktop / vnc software that you are using. Most have full screen mode which will effectively make it look like the server is a "local OS".
