Configuration Proxmox

Hi guys i am a beginner, i have this question:
i install proxmox i use this configuration
eth0
ip: 10.10.50.2
subnet 255.255.255.0
gatway 10.10.50.1
dns 10.10.50.1
i use this configuration for my lan, in this lan i don't have internet access,
for use internet access do i install another nic card?

you could use virtual interface.. but best would be to have a other NIC installed.
