Hi
So just install a fresh prox 7.3-1 .iso file with no update done and one of the main config file is missing : Values are read from file /etc/default/pveproxy .
I don't have the pveproxy. Is the file are in a new location ? In order to change the tls version and set location of the certificate private key.

Thanks

The location did not change - however the file is not present in a default installation (since it's only used if you want to override particular settings it's not needed for the default)
Simply create it with your custom settings and restart pveproxy

If this does not fix it - I assume the issue is elsewhere - the journal of pveproxy should help in narrowing this down further
