So, I had been having issues with IOMMU and just didn't want to understand the message at the prompt. Of course, I read it. The confusing part is that IOMMU had been enabled sometimes and won't enabled other times.
Well, it seems to be a CPU bug (50.140961 - CVE 20183646) because as soon as the clean install boots, Proxmox 8.03 shows that at the prompt.
