Hi

If i have a 3 node cluster - can I just create a lun and share it with all 3 nodes - can it be used by all 3 at the same time - like in VMware or how do you share it like that ?

Yes, you can do what you described. It is not an exact match to VMware way, but close enough.

Hi @KeyzerSuze,

also consult Storage: iSCSI from Proxmox manual.

Using Volume-Chains, you can even use snapshotting with iscsi now.

Remember to create one large LUN / or couple of large LUNs on iSCSI-Storage and create one large volume on each and only one volume group each rather then small chunks.

Make sure creating LVM on top of your iSCSI-LUNs rather using LUNs directly - gives you more flexibilty.
