Hi,
I want to install proxmox VE on a cluster of 3 HPE Proliant DL 360 Gen10+ nodes.
HPE offers me a NS204i-p card containing two NVMe disks in RAID1 with very good performance to install the system.
Is it possible to ensure compatibility with this type of hardware?
Kind regards
David

PVE itself doesn't require high performance disk.
What size of the nvme disks ?

Thanks for your feedback.
To optimize the recurrent reading of the PVE system information I think to privilege the speed of reading but not especially the writing. Modules like the NS204i-p card are very often proposed for this kind of use. And HPE offers me two 480GB nvme disks. The VMs will be stored on a cluster of different disks.

so no problem with compatibility as it seen as a regular nvme disk.
You'll have space for iso storage and swap because PVE itself use around 4GB ...
