Community subscription - key regax error

Hi Team,

I bought two licenses: Product/Service: Proxmox VE Community Subscription 2 CPUs. but while I entered the subscription key I got the following error:

I see tit was ordered pve license instead of backup one

So you accidentally ordered a PVE license instead of PBS? I would try to mail to the office@proxmox.com adress and asking whether you can swap the subscriptions after paying the additional fee (since PBS cost more than PVE).

Just you don't get the wrong idea: I'm not a staff member but in previous threads staff members referenced that mail if people had questions about their subscriptions. (Please note "subscriptions", not "license", the license of Proxmox products is AGPL opensource anyhow, the subscription is for acess to the enterprise-repo (which gets updates after the other ones so should have less bugs) and (depending on the tier) support).
