I have 2 nodes (pve1 and pve2) in cluster and HA.
The machines are on pve2
My problem if after power cut, PVE1 is started before the PVE2 and the machines are migrated to PVE1 without any problems, but after maintenance shutdown I started the PVE1 first but the machines will not start and get me out The following message.
"Executing HA start for VM 100
Member pve2 trying to enable pvevm: 100 ... Could not connect to resource group manager
TASK ERROR: command 'clusvcadm -e pvevm: 100 -m pve2' failed: exit code 1 "
The machines are started after PVE2 is started.

A two node cluster in HA will never work, it also looks like you run an outdated version.
