is it possible to create an offline-snapshot-backup:
-> shutdown, take the snapshot for the backup, restart, backup the snapshot, destroy the snapshot?
this way you will get a "crash-save" offline-backup with minimal downtime as alternative to the online-snapshot
also a per vm-configuration of the "default" backup-method would be nice. this way you only need one "all-vm" backup-job for the whole server
