Hi,

I have three computers that I would like to turn into a cluster.

I'm running

pvecm add 10.1.1.160

on the node to join.
I enter the root password of the cluster, verify the key fingerprint. Output:

Login succeeded.
Request addition of this node
500 can't add existing node 'pve'

To troubleshoot, I reenabled plain password login, root login, enabled PAM.
I also changed the hostnames of the cluster and the node, so the computers don't get confused.

But I'm still getting the same error messages.
Please help!

I set up ssh keys on each machines so that their roots can talk to each other without passwords. But I'm still getting the error

Seems that node (a node with that name) is already part of the cluster? Ip address 10.1.1.160 is the address of an existing cluster member?
