Cluster node "Tombstone" count?

Hello gents.

One question, if i setup a cluster with 3-9 nodes, and one of the nodes will be taken offline for 10-20 days, and then reconnect it to the cluster. Will the cluster recognize the node that have been offline again? Is there some sort of tombstone counter for a node that have been "offline" for a given time?
