Cluster Node hinzufügen geht nicht

Hallo, ich habe einen Cluster und wollte da einen neuen Server hinzufügen. Alles 3 Server haben die selbe Version und wurden von der offiziellen Anleitung im Proxmox Wiki installiert (auf Debian 9). 2 der Server sind eigene im Rechenzentrum und der 3 (der der nicht funktioniert) ist von Hetzner.

Folgendes wird angezeigt:

Coresync an dem es vermutlich liegt lässt sich auch nicht starten. Was kann ich tun?

AFAIK Hetzner Netzwerk kann kein IP multicast.

Grundsätzlich wird das Netzwerk wohl auch zu langsam sein.
