cluster issuse with one server

we've had 3 servers in a cluster for a little wile now and the other day we added an extra one... every thing seems fine you can control every thing on the new server via the web cp on the others etc but if you migrate a CT to the new vps it gets an error and the vps is then lost as the data is deleted on the old one too and no files are moved to the new server. but if i make a ct on the new server and migrate it to the other servers it sends fine and every thing is working on the CT affter.

you marked local storage as shared.

but local is NOT shared. remove this flag from your storage definition.
