What do you mean, there is no cluster ip? every cluster node have cluster ip for web access.
or you mean virtual ip for all cluster nodes? which I think is not required in this cluster scenario
For management you have to connect to ONE specific node. When you need to reboot the node you are connected to you have to connect to an other node or you will loose control. So it would be nice to have a cluster IP for management or a vmware like management appliance.
